Your TimeDive workspace will have 3 pre-defined leaves: PTO, Sick and Work from home.
You have complete flexibility to make any edits to their respective settings.
To create a new leave, all you need to do is open the Leave section from the left navigation bar and select "Leave type"
Click on "Add leave type" and add name and emoji (our personal fav!)
Enable the relevant settings in general and accrual settings based on your company policy and hit "Save"
You can also assign different colour codes to leave and it will be displayed on Team calendar
If you want to add approval for the leave, please enable "Approval required" under Accrual settings.
Note:
For leaves like WFH or working remotely, we suggest you to enable "Show employee available" to exclude them from leave reports.
