Your employees can now setup their working locations using TimeDive
All they need to do is apply leave for Work from home, or Work from office and as manager, you can see your team's working location
Setting up "WFH" and "WFO" leave
Please make sure you have enabled the setting "show employee available" in the leave setting so that the employee will be considered as working.
Note: WFO/WFH will be excluded from the leave reports.
Applying for WFH/WFO
The steps are similar to how to apply any leave on TimeDive.
Go to the Leaves section on the left navigation bar and select "Overview" section.
Click on "Apply leave"
Select all the relevant information like leave type (wfo/wfh in this case), duration, date, any remark (if any, depends upon the team setting that may required for a specific leave) and hit Apply.
The leaves will be announced on the dashboard.

You can also create "Upcoming vacation" announcement wherein you will receive an email at a scheduled time with your team's working status availability
