How does announcements work?

TimeDive give you the ultimate power to keep your team in sync with their teammates.

You can create multiple announcements for upcoming events and reminders for specific actions.

You can also create a custom announcements (our favourite!) with a customised message.

Announcements:

  • Upcoming vacations

  • Birthday

  • Work Anniversary

  • Custom notifications

Reminders:

  • Punch in

  • Punch out

  • Break

  • Lunch

Here's how you can enable this:

  • Head to the announcement section of the dashboard.

  • Click on "Add new"

  • Select the reminder, notification type you want to create, add the relevant details like frequency, time, etc and click on "Create"

You can also view your team's leaves on the dashboard under "Today at TimeDive section"
